Why would you be thinking of having a ceremony to renew your marriage vows?
Well, I can think of a wealth of reasons!
Many people get married when they’re young and have a wedding to please their families.
A renewal of vows is an opportunity to have the ceremony that you always wanted but didn’t have the confidence to insist upon.
It can also be a chance to demonstrate your love for your partner after a certain amount of years, often finishing with either a 5 or a 0. It’s a time to share your love with your nearest and dearest again and to show them that out of all the people in the world your partner is still the one who you’d choose.
Many people go through their lives without finding the right person to share things with. For those who are lucky enough to find that special person, isn’t it worth a celebration every few years?!
